Halloween Gear Sales (“we”, “our coven”, “us”) operates the website scarewearsstore.com, specializing in frightfully good Halloween merchandise including but not limited to accessories, animated props, body parts, and seasonal decorations.

Our products are designed for Halloween enthusiasts aged 18+ who appreciate the macabre. Some items may be too terrifying for children or the faint-hearted.

1.2 Website Style

We embrace a darkly humorous, horror-themed aesthetic. What may seem like supernatural occurrences are merely coincidences (probably).

2. User Obligations & Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate information (our spectral scanners will know if you lie)
• Keep login details secure (we’re not responsible for possessions caused by shared passwords)
• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent for minor hauntings)

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Resell items as “genuine haunted artifacts” (unless they actually become haunted, which sometimes happens)

However, some items may differ slightly from their depictions due to their… unpredictable nature.

3.2 Product Limitations

Certain products have special requirements:

• Animated props require proper deactivation before returns
• Body Parts collection items cannot be returned (for obvious reasons)
• Opened Bath & Body Works products bind to your essence

4. Orders & Payments

Our ghoulish team processes orders within 1-2 business days, except during:

• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 – arrives within 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Shipping Limitations

We currently ship worldwide, except to:

• Certain Asian countries (our curses don’t travel well there)
• Remote locations (delivery demons get lost)

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your package, provided:

• Items are in original, unopened packaging (unless the item itself is the packaging)
• Items haven’t been used, worn, or summoned with

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used Bath & Body Works – Halloween products
• Activated Animated Halloween Props
• Opened Air Fresheners (the scents escape to other dimensions)
• Any Body Parts from our Butcher’s Shop collection
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Cursed Goods”

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• All returned items undergo thorough cleansing rituals before being resold

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including:

• Spooky product designs
• Macabre imagery
• Haunting descriptions

are property of Halloween Gear Sales and protected by copyright laws (both mortal and arcane).

8. Liability Limitations
