What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in terrifying treasures including but not limited to: animated Halloween props, butcher’s shop decorations, clown costumes (not for the faint-hearted), body parts (the fake kind… mostly), haunted accessories, and creatures that may or may not move when you’re not looking. Browse our menu of nightmares at your own risk.
Are your products actually haunted?
While we can’t legally guarantee supernatural activity, many customers report… unusual occurrences with their purchases. Some items may develop personalities of their own – consider this a bonus feature rather than a defect.
WARNING: Our products are designed for horror enthusiasts. If you’re easily frightened, you might want to shop elsewhere (but where’s the fun in that?).
Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
Simply attempt to make a purchase and our system will guide you through the ritual… we mean, registration process. Beware: abandoned carts may be subject to haunting.
I forgot my password – is my account cursed?
Not necessarily (though we can’t rule it out). Use our “Forgot Password” feature to reset your credentials. If you receive cryptic messages instead of a reset link, please contact our necromantic support team immediately.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. We do not accept ancient coins, souls, or first-born children (anymore – legal reasons).
Is my payment information secure?
Our payment portal is protected by the same dark magic that guards the gates of the underworld. Your information is safer with us than in a vampire’s crypt.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two spine-chilling delivery methods:
- Standard Haunt Express (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx (may arrive screaming)
- Free Spectral Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50 (may be delivered by actual spirits)
Why don’t you ship to my location?
Some regions (particularly parts of Asia and certain remote areas) remain beyond our dark influence due to shipping restrictions. The spirits are picky about where they’ll deliver.
My package feels… alive. Is this normal?
Completely normal. Some of our products develop attachments to their owners. If the movement becomes excessive, try sprinkling salt around the package before opening.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to return items that fail to terrify (or arrive damaged by mortal hands). Note: items obviously cursed by the recipient cannot be returned for safety reasons. Please include the original hex bags with your return.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our necromantic customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and possibly a protective amulet.
IMPORTANT: Returns of items that have clearly been cursed by the new owner will be rejected. We can’t be responsible for what you’ve summoned.
