Shipping Options to Suit Every Monster
We offer two sinister shipping methods to satisfy even the most impatient creatures of the night:
1. Standard Haunt Express
For those who can’t wait to unleash their horror, our Standard Haunt Express uses DHL or FedEx to deliver your spine-chilling purchases in 10-15 business days after leaving our haunted warehouse. A small sacrifice of £12.95 ensures your items travel in the company of otherworldly speed.
2. Free Spectral Shipping
Orders over £50 qualify for our Free Spectral Shipping via EMS. While slightly slower (15-25 business days), this method has the added benefit of possibly being delivered by actual spirits – we can’t guarantee they won’t rearrange your items in transit.
Processing: Where the Magic (and Mayhem) Happens
Our team of undead warehouse workers needs 1-2 business days to carefully package your items with the proper curses and hexes. During peak haunting season (September-October), processing may take slightly longer as we deal with increased demand from fellow horror enthusiasts.
Tracking Your Package of Horrors
Once your order has been dispatched from our lair in Plymouth, you’ll receive a tracking number that may or may not reveal the true nature of your delivery. Some customers report their tracking information changes mysteriously – this is completely normal.
International Shipping Restrictions
While we’d love to spread terror to every corner of the globe, some regions (particularly parts of Asia and certain remote areas) remain beyond our dark influence due to shipping restrictions. If your location is particularly isolated, the spirits may refuse to deliver altogether.
Returns: When the Horror Isn’t Right
If your purchase fails to terrify (or arrives damaged by mortal hands), you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please note: items that have been obviously cursed by the recipient cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Warning: Some packages may arrive with mysterious scratches, unidentifiable substances, or an unnatural chill. These are features, not defects.
